I have two basin taps that need to be replaced. I’ve already bought the taps that item is the garden horse tap which needs to be removed and fixed with a new tap looking for a plumber who is able to do that.

Hot water keeps tripping not sure if I need a plumber or electrician :)

Hi, I need a glazier or handyman to supply and install a new glass pane for a broken window. Details: Location: Kellyville, NSW 2155. Window Size: 1340mm x 435mm. Frame Type: Aluminium (Standard residential). Glass Type: Standard clear float glass (match existing). Access: It is an upstairs window (2nd floor) Timing: Flexible / Not urgent. Can be done anytime over the next week. Note: Quote must include supply of glass and labour. Please ensure you have the correct ladder/equipment for second-story access. Please take the old broken glass away if possible. Photos attached.

Need to fix controllers, ps5 controller just replace the stick modules (high quality new ones) (no picture for this as it’s a simple task and no physical issues) and for Xbox (was brand new) but smashed thus the trigger components and holder fragmented, It seems the the triggers are working and aren’t broken from memory but the chassis is snapped inside and also little chip on outside (I’m assuming easy fix if you have another chassis and have soldering skills) I provided images below. Xbox elite series 2 right thumb stick drifting (no photo provided as basically no physical issues) replace the right sticks. Another elite series version 1, it’s needs its internal sitcks to be replaced cause stick drift from memory only left one, it is missing rumbles as it snapped inside thus was removed thus would need ne ones and there is slight physical issues that may be easily fixed through reassembly (image provided). I also can provide additional broken Xbox controller solely to be used for parts for fixing other controllers if necessary it contains rumbles, and other things, not sure if it’s stick are safe from stick drift but can be used to fix other ones. I am fine with dropping off controllers then picking back up.

The air condition fan is working fine, but cool function some times it works for a few minutes and then stops, some times it doesn't work at all.

Replace two outdoor taps. I can get the new brass taps from Bunnings. Just not sure whether it is 15mm or 20mm inlet. Quote is for the labour. I can pay for the parts or buy them as needed. Update: I wanted to replace it with 3/4” outlet taps so it can go well with tap timers.

Hi, I’d like to renew some of my bathroom and shower equipments and looking for a certified plumber with insurance to assist. The work consist of: - remove the old toilet, and install the new one - replace two showers and their taps - replace two taps I’ll purchase the taps, showers and toilet. You’ll need to have all the other necessary tools and materials. Old toilet and showers must be disposed by you. I’ve included photo of the old parts, and new ones which you could find on bathroom directs. Please let me know your proposed price.

We have two external taps. One recycled water, one normal. Currently we have irrigation timers installed on each, but this makes it difficult to use a hose. We want to replace the current taps with dual outlet taps that allow us to connect the irrigation timer to one, and the hose to the other. We need the taps replaced, and the timers reinstalled so that there are no leaks, etc. The timers are the Orbit B-Hyve 4 outlet timers.

Plumber fix 2 leaking taps and slow filling toilet cistern. The flexi pipe yo the cistern seems to be twisted making the toilet fill extremely slowly. The bathroom and laundry taps are leaking - tap head falling off easily.
