Need AMP powered sidesteps fixed as they were installed incorrectly and have stopped working

New fence has been put up but concrete was left in and above ground from the old posts. Need those removed and dumped along with all the dirt and any other bits and pieces of mess left from the old fence being torn down. I don't really care if all the concrete isn't removed just as long as it's not above ground level like it currently is. There's 13 of concrete chunks. Some are wobbly and may smash out easy but some feel pretty secure. They're also close to the fence so don't really want much damage.

Photos say it all. Requires plaster board, cornices and plastering. Would like it painted as well but can do myself as long as it it plastered and prepared for painting. Approximately 2.4 x 1.5 metres plus cornices. Need to come measure and quote.
