Looking for an experienced plumber / leak detection specialist to investigate and repair an active leak from an upstairs ensuite shower. Symptoms * Water damage and mould appearing on downstairs ceiling directly below the ensuite. * Leak originally thought to be from toilet waste pipe. * Toilet was removed and reinstalled by a plumber, however the leak persists. * Leak is strongly correlated with shower use. Testing Performed * Shower floor and walls visually inspected. * Shower drain was cleared of significant hair buildup. * Shower silicone was recently renewed. * Bucket test performed: * Water poured directly into shower drain. * Downstairs ceiling started dripping almost immediately. * Water appears to be coming from above the waste pipe area, not necessarily from the pipe itself.
