Replace Collapsed Alfresco Ceiling Plasterboard (4.1m x 4.2m)

10 year old sink clips and seals decided to disintegrate so my kitchen sink is just kind of floating around my bench now, so I'm looking for a plumber to repair and replace the clips and seals and re-waterproof around the sink. Also want to get someone to look at the sink drain pipes and make sure everything is all good and/or if there's any way to adjust the pipes to make the drain more optimal or take up less of the under-sink cabinet. Happy to provide additional photos and info as required.

Drop in bath to be removed and pipes extended and replumbed to raise height of bath taps by around 20 cm for a new free standing bath.

Current unit has 3 bathrooms which have mixed fittings of silver and black fittings i want to change them all to silver and will provide the parts but do not want any tiles damaged if it is something you can do let me know thanks
