Hey Guys! Need a couple bits fixed: Pulley Cord - snapped needs to be reattached, step ladder needed. Bedroom Wardrobe- sliding door seal lifting off. Not sure what tools you need. Toilet seat - has shifted overtime to one side (kind of hard to move on my own, silly as it sounds). Someone that’s fixed pulley cords would be recommended, I know it’s not rocket science. Hi, Our shop front pvc strips are exposed outside but it was meant to be in the door frame. I've ordered wrong size and temporarily mounted along the wall. If someone can chop this one up 10cm and take one strip off from current one then, install in the door frame as the image? I think door frame is aluminum. Thanks!

Hi. I’m going to move out of my apartment and rent it out. I need a few things done which I don’t have the skills for. - wall plastering / painting over patch ups. (Some holes in walls and cuts in ceiling. - fixing up kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Just to make sure they aren’t crooked and all opens and closes nicely. - Looking to having floor skirting installed where carpets are now timber floor and walls need edging at base if possible, am aware it would be significant undertaking and looking at possibilities. Unit is around 14 years old, and in good shape, just want to make sure some things are straightened up. I have 2 x rental units with original wooden floorboards that have small gaps in them. I am looking for someone to do a neat, professional job sealing the gaps in these floors.
