2 leaking taps to be fixed

Need someone to run some CAT6 cable from the NBN box in my lounge room internally through walls to my office upstairs. I’m happy to provide the cabling and wall ports, just looking for someone to run the cable through the walls.

I have 2 x Laptops that might have slightly zapped when the back cover was off. The DELL XPS : I can see burnt out capacitors on the board which need replacement as they were both working perfectly before this incident. The HP Zbook, same thing happened when screen was being replaced. Same deal, capacitors need replacing and also screen permanently fitted (new screen is halfway attached from previous technician )

3 spots in the home where a strip of paint has been removed from removing a command strip which needs to be repainted before I vacate the property

Need tiling done in front porch, steps and Alfresco at the back. Tiles will be delivered on 5th December, need the job done before 19th December. Front measurements - 6m*2m approx. Alfresco - 4.5m*4.5m approx. Tiles are 600mm*600mm normal floor tiles

Replace steps as per photo below (about 2 meters wide and deep). 2 Quotes - one for Modwood , and the other for Merbau

Keeps saying out of balance, even with only a few items inside still says out of balance

We just moved into a new rented place. One of the problems I’m facing are the taps in the bathroom and kitchen. They are the old school cold on right and hot on left. I have a young kid who struggles (and will continue to do so I know) with mixing water to get the right temperature. Can these old fashioned taps be replaced with the one where you just move the mixer left or right? I don’t want to damage anything as this is a rented property. Thank you in advance!
