The brick wall has gaps in the paint where sand is leaking (Photo 1). I need these gaps sealed with an appropriate material such as cement. In photo 2 is an example of how gaps in another part of the wall have been sealed previously which was using cement. As per photos, I have small spots of peeling paint and plaster damage spotted around the house that needs rectifying, preferably by a painter with patching experience who is able to make the area blend in again. I have not photographed every mark to be done, however the photos show those with the most damage - there are also more smaller marks/scuffs around the unit. I have the old tub of paint used to paint the walls originally, but no other tools/materials.
