Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced in painting to tidy up the DIY paintwork completed by my husband, in my study. Paint will be supplied. The room is small, approximately 3 steps by 3 steps. The job includes: * Correcting roller paint marks on the ceiling. * Tidying up uneven or messy paint along the skirting boards/baseboards. * Redoing the edges and corners of the walls for a neat finish. * Carefully removing any paint from the window frame. Important: Wallpaper has already been applied in the study, so all work will need to be carried out carefully around the wallpaper to avoid damaging, marking or lifting. Looking for someone to supply and install one simple, sturdy outdoor handrail beside a short flight of front entrance steps in West Pennant Hills. The rail is for the left side when facing the front door. A practical white timber finish is preferred; happy to consider an economical outdoor-suitable alternative. Please include materials, fixings, labour and finishing in your offer, and confirm the measurements and suitable fixing method before starting. The steps are tiled and can be slippery, with an approximately 900 mm drop along one side. The rail needs to be securely fixed for safe everyday use. Photos: the first shows the existing steps; the second is the proposed handrail reference only - it has not been installed. Preferred completion within a week, by 9 October. I’d like to replace the cornice around the upstairs void area. Also, install cornice for part of a room, room size about 3.8 x 4 m, cornice size 90cm. If we provide cornice, how much? If you provide cornice, how much?

Build bunk beds with steps, desk and storage as shown in the photo as per the size of the room. Attached photo is an example. If this can be built even better. If not open for different designs and ideas.

The loft bed is currently disassembled in our garage. We were assured that we have all screws and parts, however I feel there might be one or 2 areas where we'd need to improvise. Some loft bed items are heavy / odd shapes. These need to be brough into the room through the house. We have a blanket on which the 2 heavy components can be placed and pulled across the floor to protect the manminate flooring. I suspect that once in the room, assembly should not take that long. Picture attached is of the fully assembled unit. Note: we do not have the instruction or assembly manual, so require a skilled handyperson.

The clothes washing machine is not draining. The front small outlet filter is clean but lots of trapped water coming from there while the wash cycle is stuck. Must be something in the back outlet hose to the drainpipe.
