I have a newly tiled ensuite that needs full fit out including frameless shower screen, toilet, 900mm vanity, taps for bath and shower. All items supplied onsite.

We have carpet on the upstairs, but it sounds squeaky and we would like to get rid of the sound.

We have two external taps. One recycled water, one normal. Currently we have irrigation timers installed on each, but this makes it difficult to use a hose. We want to replace the current taps with dual outlet taps that allow us to connect the irrigation timer to one, and the hose to the other. We need the taps replaced, and the timers reinstalled so that there are no leaks, etc. The timers are the Orbit B-Hyve 4 outlet timers.

Taps (8) are leaking water and need to be fixed

Outside 4 stairs need to put tiles ,currently its only concrete steps.

Broken rod for ladies closet wardrobe needs a fixture and repaired

Clean and seal marble and granite benches and same with 100sqm travertine at pool.

Plumber fix 2 leaking taps and slow filling toilet cistern. The flexi pipe yo the cistern seems to be twisted making the toilet fill extremely slowly. The bathroom and laundry taps are leaking - tap head falling off easily.

Installation of two shower heads, replacement of shower taps (hot and cold) and replacement of kitchen tap

Need to hang and be connected to power/electricity two little lamps on the ceiling as displayed on the photo below.

I need to replace leaking shower taps, by replacing the quarter turn taps. Service the seats. Tapa are provided.

I need a qualified plumber to fix broken taps in kitchen and backyard patio. I have the new taps available to install. Need to bring your own tools. If there is any additional work, we can discuss and will pay extra. I need it done by saturday may 3rd and given priority otherwise will be next week.
