Wednesdays work best for me to have this done. Looking for an experienced handyman or tiler to regrout the shower floor only in my upstairs main bathroom (the bathroom with the bathtub, not the ensuite). The existing grout is discoloured and deteriorating in some areas, particularly around the floor drain and shower edges. Scope of work: - Remove existing grout from the shower floor. - Thoroughly clean and prepare grout joints. - Apply new waterproof-suitable shower floor grout. - Replace deteriorated silicone around the shower floor perimeter and screen base where required. - Leave the area clean and properly sealed. Pantry, install connection for dishwasher cold water, remove old taps and install new inlets for tap in sink, drainage for sink, drainage for dishwasher, seals need replaced on another tap. I have some parts from old drainage which may be suitable. Benchtop, cupboard etc are not screwed in place yet, so can move if holes in wall are needed.

There are two stems to be removed, please find attached photos. Its very small and not too big.

4 taps in bathroom sink to be replaced . Taps are supplied.

We are getting either hot water or cold water in our shower taps. For eg. When turning the cold tap, instead of progressively getting increasing water pressure, nothing happens and then at some stage, you get a strong stream of cold water. There is likely a problem with the pressure valve. This needs to be fixed in two showers.
