HDMI bit is not working, showing nothing on the screen. Tried hdmis with different consoles abs there working. I travelled with the ps5 the other day so I believe it is the HDMI. Need it fixed today asap

Not sure that's the right word for it, but my house has a verandah out the back and a covered area in the front. When it rains REALLY hard, water comes through the area in between the two in certain spots, leading me to believe that there is a gap that wasn't there before and it might need caulking or filling or some such. It also happens in an area of the gutter, but there's no hole I can see so this might be the same thing. Need someone (insured because I don't want anyone falling off my roof!) that can have a look and fill these little gaps. Will pay for whatever material is needed (I don't know what is) and the labor of course. I'm in Capalaba. Date flexible, but I work so not here all the time, so have put the latest date offered on the site. Thanks.
