Fix 2x loose taps in bathroom and kitchen

Need 3 post stirrups set in concrete for a pergola post/outdoor project. 2 stirrups for a freestanding timber shower screen post (90mm posts) 1 stirrup to split a 364cm pergola gap for slat infill (also 90mm post). Stirrups will be purchased (Pryda, cast-in type). I am unsure how many bags of concrete I need for this job, so I can work out with potential Airtasker and we'll sort if they want to pick-up concrete or I can arrange delivery. Job involves digging 3 small footing holes (approx. 300–400mm diameter, 400–500mm deep), mixing and pouring concrete around the stirrups, and setting them plumb and level. Two posts will need to go where pavers currently are - refer pics. Other post need to go where mulch is (no access issues). I can remove pavers if easier, I just need to be able to put pavers back AFTER job is done, so would appreciate a cut of pavers to go around stirrups. I am located in Sellicks Beach, SA.

Looking for a handy person to complete several small repairs/maintenance jobs at my unit in Broadview before it is photographed and listed for sale. Jobs required: * Supply and install/replace a missing smoke alarm. * Repair or replace the top closer on the rear flyscreen door. * Repair a sliding door that has come away/needs to be re-fixed to its hinges/fittings so it opens and closes correctly. * Laundry walls have some raised/salt-damp residue along the lower sections. Scrape/sand back affected areas, prepare the surface and paint/touch up so it presents neatly. Ideally looking for someone who can complete all jobs and supply the necessary materials. Please include materials in your offer or advise separately what will be required. Property is being prepared for sale, so hoping to have the work completed as soon as possible. Moving out of rental , couple doors need filler and repaint. Fill in holes on wall from TV brackets and repaint paint , touch up skirtings and some door frames . Paint supplied , filler for timber doors etc to be supplied . Allow 5 hrs maximum to do job

Supply and install laundry taps which connected to the washing machine as it is leaking

Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair several tap issues before my house goes on the market. Work required: * Repair 4 sets of taps that are leaking. * Most leaks appear to be from worn spindle O-rings/seals, with: * Some leaking from around the spindle. * Some leaking from under the chrome base/flange. * Shower tap spindle may need extending as it sits too far back in the wall. * Bath tap requires an attachment/adaptor so the chrome cover/base can screw back on correctly. * Check all taps and replace any required O-rings, washers or spindle assemblies as needed to stop all leaks. I’m looking for someone with experience repairing older style taps who can supply any small parts required. Please quote including labour and advise if any additional parts are likely to be needed.

I have 3 x Google Flood light Cams (wired) and 2 x Philips Hue outdoor lights (wired) that are to be installed in my single storey home externally (outside garage, alfresco etc. - sample placements in pics to get an idea. New switches x 5 to be added (supply +install basis) by tasker and also any wiring/supplies required. I can only provide the 5 x lights mentioned above. We will supply the taps and towel rails etc, just need someone to swap out.
