One of the curcuits in my house keeps tripping after heavy rain. I know which plugs and switches its affecting but dont know what is causing the circuit to trip other than it happens after heavy rain.

My existing tap is bent i need it replaced as well as the 2 hot and cold taps all three parts are wall mounted. I purchased the new part from Tradelink as close to what is already there.

There is a leak in ceiling downstairs in the laundry room linked to the upstairs bathroom. Could either be coming from the shower or toilet. Unsure where it’s coming from and how serious it is but need fixed asap.

Supply and install laundry taps which connected to the washing machine as it is leaking

Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair several tap issues before my house goes on the market. Work required: * Repair 4 sets of taps that are leaking. * Most leaks appear to be from worn spindle O-rings/seals, with: * Some leaking from around the spindle. * Some leaking from under the chrome base/flange. * Shower tap spindle may need extending as it sits too far back in the wall. * Bath tap requires an attachment/adaptor so the chrome cover/base can screw back on correctly. * Check all taps and replace any required O-rings, washers or spindle assemblies as needed to stop all leaks. I’m looking for someone with experience repairing older style taps who can supply any small parts required. Please quote including labour and advise if any additional parts are likely to be needed.

I have 3 x Google Flood light Cams (wired) and 2 x Philips Hue outdoor lights (wired) that are to be installed in my single storey home externally (outside garage, alfresco etc. - sample placements in pics to get an idea. New switches x 5 to be added (supply +install basis) by tasker and also any wiring/supplies required. I can only provide the 5 x lights mentioned above. Water leak , dripping taps

We had a few pest control traps put on our roof 2 years ago. We need someone to go up on the roof again to top up the traps with bait. Need a 2 meter leader, our ceiling is high-ish.

I am assisting an elderly lady with done minor works. We need the bathroom taps swapped over from old plastic ones to stainless steel and other minor fittings updated. We will supply the taps and towel rails etc, just need someone to swap out. Works include 2 x toilet roll holders, 2 x towel rails, 1 x 3 piece bath taps, 1 x 3 piece vanity taps etc, 1 x 3 piece shower tap set. Refer pics on what needs replacing
