I need two 70s wooden standard lamps to be rewired. Both have bayonet sockets for bulbs that look in good shape. Both have had cords cut at the base. I don’t have the replacement cord or wall socket. I’m in Wanniassa but I can drop these off Southside, especially Fyshwick.

Remove old two steps & two stringers; Install new two steps & new two stringers supplied from bunnings. Note the bunnings pic is three steps but the material I have already purchased is only two steps, & two stringers. No painting necessary.

Toilet flushing tank keeps running. The pump may be faulty and needs replacing.

Need to install roof tile clips so that they don't slide over time with heavy winds. These are standard concrete roof tiles, split level roof(4-2-2 house). Need quotes for clips + installation.

Pretty simple job I imagine. Just need 2-3 cat steps made and attached to one side of an outdoor wooden fence. I’ve included pa picture below of the fence and another picture of what I imagine them to look like. Might need a third step close to the top as our fence is spiked. Also replace missing fence pail.

Disassemble baby cot (snuzkot) downstairs and reassemble upstairs. Disassemble ikea hemnes bed. We no longer need the ikea hemnes bed although it is still in good condition. You may choose to receive this bed or help us dispose at Green Shed or Goodies Junction if desired.

I need a leaking tap fixed in the kitchen

Need detailed clean and light wall touch-ups around my house. Most areas just need a deep clean, but a few walls, skirting, and ceilings have minor marks or small paint touch-ups required. Kitchen: Owen. The kitchen needs a full deep clean inside and outside of the cupboards, especially around the stove and rangehood area where there’s some grease buildup. The splashback tiles, benchtops, and cupboard doors need a thorough wipe-down, including the handles, hinges, and corners. ⸻ Bathroom & Laundry: Both the shower and bathtub areas need detailed scrubbing to remove soap scum and any light mould from tiles and grout. The vanity, sink, and tapware should be cleaned and polished, along with the window sill and laundry sink area. The silicone edges and corners need a bit of attention to refresh their look. ⸻ Walls & Doors: There are several areas with scuff marks, fingerprints, and small scratches that need cleaning or a light touch-up with paint. Some walls have minor nail holes that can be filled and painted over. Door frames and switches also need a quick wipe to remove marks and dust. ⸻ Windows & Fixtures: Windows need an interior clean, including the frames and tracks. Light fixtures and ceiling areas should be wiped down to remove any cobwebs or marks. Blinds and skirting boards can also use a gentle clean to bring everything back to a tidy finish. ⸻ Lounge & Bedroom: The sofa has some light stains on the armrests that need spot cleaning, and the rug should be vacuumed or lightly cleaned. There are a few wall marks and nail holes in the bedroom and hallway that need patching or painting. Overall, the goal is to make these areas look clean and refreshed.

I want to cover up scratches on my sliding doors. I have the paint. I just need someone with the skills to know how to do the touch-up covering of scratches. Can also help with covering cracks in skirting board touch up as well. I also have a front door that needs a coat of decking oil. Happy to pay by the hour

Dog door is too high for our dog to use. We need one step on each side of a glass and aluminium door so she can climb through. Preferably perspex but anything that attaches well will.do. Door is 82cm wide, glass section 67cm. Steps would need to be 10-11cm high. Quote will be $200 plus materials.

Dyson V15 might have a blockage, not sure what is going on. It sometimes switches on for only 10-15 seconds then will switch off

Adding wood cladding or rendering to a pillar approx. 4–5m tall at the front porch. Painting timber tops and ensuring a neat, finished look. 💡 Materials: The price I have included is for labour only, as I am hoping to supply materials myself, however I may need some guidance on what to get.
