I need 3 hallway pendant light fittings changed (have them), repair or replace sensor light in pantry - just isn't turning light on, replace/change light on deck - possibly just change over with one on side of house we dont use.

Smoke alarm is chirping and needs to be removed from ceiling. Ceiling is too high for me to get to it and afraid of heights.
