I have a neon sign which I would like to have physically wall mounted with the wire inside the wall rather than trailing down the wall into a plug socket (as it is now). I believe that means it needs to be hardwired and linked to a light switch rather than using the remote as it is now? But I'm no sparky. From the photos you can get a sense of where it needs to sit on the wall. It would move up in place of the framed image and sit centred between the top of the sofa and the ceiling. There is no control of temperature when the booster electric heater is on and pressure relieve valve opens after buliding up pressure. This is a chromagen solar heater.

We have a few random electrical jobs around the house and were wondering if someone might be able to help fix them all in one go. The first is that one of the dimmer lights in our bathroom has stopped working. Is it possible to fix the existing one or replace with a new set which is less prone to sticking/breaking? Second the light in the cooker range hood doesn't stay on. It turns on when you press is but we need to stick a cocktail stick in the side to keep it on which isn't ideal. Third is that the front right electric hob has stopped working. It appears to be working and the light comes on to indicate it should be working but it never heats up. I need an electrician to take a look in the roof void and determine whether it is safe or not. We are selling our house and a building inspector wouldn't go to there because of the risks associated with foil insulation. I need to hire someone to check that out and provide a safety certificate.

I have three new light fixtures to replace the old ones, all outside. The light and fan switch in the bathroom is stuck so I am thinking a new switch. I will pay you on the day for the switch if a new one is needed.
