I would like to add more powerpoints and downlights in my home, is this something you can do?

Power point to be moved to a new position on the wall (higher or lower is ok).

I need an existing NBN box and 2 x existing power points relocated to the top of the wall they are currently located so cupboards can be installed. I’ll be purchasing new power points as I want 4 of them next to the box when moved. I’m not sure if there is enough NBN cable underground to relocate it or what is needed. It just needs to be moved to the very top of a wall approximately 3 meters. And 4 power points wired up and installed. Please only respond if you are qualified to work with cabling and electrical. Out outdoor wall lights don't work. Lights are less than 2 years old. Suspect its the power switch that's faulty. Need a licenced electrician to check/fix the issue.

I have an island kitchen bench, and I would like to instal a PowerPoint for my devices. There is power to the island bench for the dishwasher, The PowerPoint is to be installed on the wood grain veneer surface of the kick panel shown in the picture.
