Gday! Our NBN box had a fall yesterday, and now unfortunately it won’t seem to reconnect. The optical light has remained red, and I’ve tried a few troubleshooting ideas such as resetting both boxes, but alas I still can’t figure it out. The modem is in fine working condition, the connections elsewhere in the house are working, it seems to be just straight up with the NBN box/connection itself. There doesn’t seem to be any clear physical damage anywhere. I’d appreciate it fixed to avoid further frustration, ideally tonight before 9pm or tomorrow afternoon before 4pm.
