Find local downlights installers in Woden Valley

Need the following done: - a ceiling fan replaced in a bedroom - three dome lights replaced with a few downlights installed in the kitchen living area - around 60 sq mtr area, there are already two downlights installed in the kitchen side of the area, and the rest has dome lights. I would say, 5-6 new downlights might be needed plus the existing two to be replaced as well. - Exhaust Fan in the toilet has stopped working, might be battery or might need replacement. - There are a few handyman stuff needed as well - leaky faucets etc so in case you can do those as well. If not, that's ok. Prefer supplied and installed as long as supply cost is reasonable, not exorbitantly markedup. I have approximately 26-28 downlights that needs to be replaced they are all quite old downlights and I would like to replace them all with the latest smart dimmable downlights. I want someone who can come to my place and replace all of the down lights, I am happy to be guided by the person to understand the best available smart downlights in market , but obviously in a very reasonable budget , as I dont have a big budget. Down light globe is tested working but the connection to power it up is not working. all other Down lights in kitchen is working fine.

Install approx ten downlights and a ceiling fan. Some wiring required. Lights and fan supplied and holes for downlights cut. Easy access. Date negotiable. Further work may come out of this.
