Adding extra down lights in few areas (approx6-8) and fixing installing new fan at alfresco and above dining and few other misc works I have got few outside lights fixtures need to change the old with new adding bathroom heat lights

I need electrician for down lights

Some downlights are not working; they need to be replaced.

I need to get downlights installed in the kitchen and lounge room. It is preferable a licensed electrician to perform the work. We also need to change other pendant and ceiling lights in other room. If the work is good then happy to delegate that task too.

One of our downlights has stopped working. Looking for an electrician to replace it. We already have the replacement down light and plug purchased and ready, as pictured. Looking for an electrician to install 14-16 down lights in the lounge and kitchen/dining area and a dining light over the kitchen bench. There are 5 existing ceiling lamp points that will potentially need to be removed (but not necessary). Please see the pictures for more info. The floor plan has been marked with approximate down light points but happy to take your expert advice. Job to be done on 12 or 13 the September.
