Find local downlights installers in SA

We have a couple of downlights that are causing some issues... One is above the stair well (photo attached) and will need a ladder, the other (and possibly one other) needs a camera up in the cavity to find the power outlet... We live in an apartment with a thin ceiling cavity so you can't really stick your head up there... These downlights have a transformer that connects to a power outlet but we are removing those transformers and using the all in one LED downlights... These two I can't replace due to lack of ladder and camera to see up there. I will supply the downlights. Just need a licensed electrician.

Need roughly 9 downlights supplied and installed and a PowerPoint for a garage door.

I have 6 faulty downlights that need to be replaced with new fittings. I have no materials so they will need to be supplied.

Looking for a qualified, licensed electrician to swap out an existing LED downlight and install a single ceiling pendant light.

Replace around 20 ceiling downlights, you simply need to pull the existing out and put in the new ones (plug into Eletrical socket) so electrician not required. I have a large ladder. I had someone replace ten yesterday, it took 30 minutes.

Need living room fitted with approx 4 downlights, kitchen needs approx 3, Hallway 3, Bedroom 1 approx 3, bedroom 2 approx 3, Bathroom 2, also lighting above mirror, laundry 1-2 . There's 4 downlights I popped one out and realised they're hardwired so I said I'd better get somebody qualified the cutouts are 90 mm and there's roof access in the same room
