Fix LED dimmable down lights to 4 areas: 1. Living room - remove chandelier and fix 5 down lights, 2. Dining area - remove chandelier and fix 5 down lights, 3. master bedroom - fix 5 down lights with 2 of the 5 lights positioned above bed head and have a seperate switch for each light near bed head on the wall. 4.Bathroom - 1 down light. Living, dining and master bedroom all need dimmable down lights with a dimmer switch. Master bedroom with one dimmable switch near door and the two switches near bed non dimmable. Bathroom one non dimmable down light. Additionally require the front door bell to be fixed (has come out as per photo) the garage door switch to be fixed (currently attached to wall, photo below).
