Find local downlights installers in Inner South West Sydney

Seeking a handyman/ Electrician who can change three down lights as in image below in main bathroom ensuite. Must have a tall ladder as we have high ceilings and must supply the down lights. I will pay for the cost of the down lights in addition to the labour price quoted below

The scope of work requires cutting the gyprock, run cables and install the downlights. The roof access is in the common area. I may need to install new power boards and power points.

5 diwnlight bulbs to be replaced wirh cool white bulbs in a 2 bedroom apartment. 2 bulbs not working.
