Hi all, 21-24 downlights along with two dimmers need to be installed at my residence. Downlights and sockets are sourced and ready. In addition to that three new hanging lights and one replacement required, all four lights have been purchased. Lastly two flood lights require replacement and installation again lights are sourced already. FYI, single storey house and clear access is available to all area.

I need a B22 batten replaced with an E27. I have purchased the E27 batten, I need a qualified electrician to pop in and swap it over. Probably a 10-15 minute job. The one currently in the ceiling is a bit wobbly, so may need some extra securing or something. I’ve tried to tighten the screws on occasion, but they don’t tighten. In preparation for the NBN some cables have been left in the roof of the house im residing in but both ends still need to be connected. One end to the copper in the street and the other will need the plugs required to plug into an nbn router. I WONT need the cable run through the wall as the landlord wants no further modifications to the house, i will run the wire across the roof inside the house myself.
