Telstra has told us it is not an issue on there end and to have a cables checked for corroding. Have phone an old phone socket and the CAT5e box Is broken apart from being behind furniture. Have contacted anothr service but they are a no show twice now. - Due date: Before Monday, 21st Feb 2022

Internet connection cuts out. Internet provider told me need ethernet wall sockets disconnected apart from the wall the modem plugged into.

I have moved into a new house in an Opticomm estate and when I connect the router into the port at the Living room the WAN light doesn't lightning. however, when I plug the router directly into the Opticomm box in the garage it works. I feel it is something to do with the cable running from the garage to the living area. Just wanted someone to check and fix it
