I would like to get a quote for replacing an external Garage Door (standard size cost you $180 in Bunnings). You can use the existing lock. 2 hinges might require replacing too). Also need to get painted (White) after installation with 2 coats). Job is at my rental property in Pakenham. I need a tax invoice as well. I can buy the door from Bunnings. Our garage door has been damaged multiple times over the past year and it no longer opens and closes. There’s some hefty damage at the bottom and the mechanism to open and close it no longer works. I am hoping for someone to provide me with a quote for the time being - can the current door be fixed or will it need to be totally replaced? Just to replace roller door rubber seal , I have new rubber seal .

From my conversation with the renter it is not a remote issue/the remote is still working fine, renter has tried putting it on manual to put it up however it still won't roll/go up, the plaster has dropped and the renter believes it may be affecting the door from working. The garage door collapsed a bit and laying above the roller shutter of the garage.
