Hi there, ​I am looking for a fully licensed and insured electrician to complete two tasks at my apartment this coming Friday (July 3rd) or next Monday (July 6th). ​The Job: ​Ceiling Fan Installation: Install 1x brand new ceiling fan in the master bedroom. (I have already purchased the fan; it just needs to be assembled and installed). ​New PowerPoint Installation: Install 1x new double powerpoint on an enclosed balcony. The balcony is directly adjacent to the bedroom. The closest existing powerpoint is on the internal bedroom wall (just on the other side of the balcony wall). ​Note: I have attached a floor plan to this post so you can see the layout of the bedroom and enclosed balcony. ​Requirements: ​Must hold a valid, current Electrical License (please provide your license number or have a verified badge on your profile when making an offer). ​Must provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety / Compliance Certificate upon completion. ​Must bring your own professional tools, ladders, and standard consumables (cabling, plaster brackets, etc.). ​Please leave the workspace clean and tidy. ​Timing: Preferably this Friday morning/afternoon, or next Monday. Hi, I need a licensed electrician to add 5 extra power points in my apartment. I’ve attached a floor plan: existing power points are marked in blue, and the spots where I’d like new ones added are marked in red, if possible. They’re in a few different rooms, including bathrooms. There are existing power points close to most of the new locations, so I’m hoping it may be possible to connect from those, but you’d need to inspect and confirm. Most of the walls are probably plasterboard, but the bathrooms have tiled walls, so I’m looking for the neatest possible approach. The work needs to be done cleanly, with no damage to the walls or bathroom tiles if possible. I’m looking for a quote and advice on the best way to do this. I need to fit a double power point to the wall of the lounge room, I have removed the skirting board so all you will need to do is drill through the masonry wall and connect to the wiring shown in the photo on the exterior side of the wall, I will supply the power point and connectors.
