The photo shows where the NBN box is and the conduit needs to reach roughly where the black patch is on the brick wall, with drilling through to the inside).

I need a licensed electrician or experienced cabler to install a conduit for an NBN connection. NBN has advised that a conduit must be installed before they can proceed with the installation. Scope of work: • Install a suitable conduit from the external NBN entry point to the lounge • Route the conduit • Ensure the pathway is compliant with NBN standards (including appropriate bends, weather sealing, and entry/exit points) • Leave a draw wire/string inside the conduit for NBN technician use • Ensure neat finish internally and externally

Hi, I have a connection issue in my new apartment. The ISP said the line is active to the MDF, but there is a fault or a missing jumper between the MDF and my internal socket. Are you a licensed cabler who can do MDF jumpering?

We need someone to dig a ca 8m trench for an NBN conduit. It needs to be 30 cm deep and runs from the house to the boundary. Ideally we want to keep the grass to cover it again. NB: the photo shows the front of the house. The trench needs to be slightly to the right. It’s a clear strip from the house to the boundary.

When I plug the wall socket in my nbn machine starts clicking and blinking red, when I take it out it blinks blue. I believe its a line error on the property and need an nbn technician to take a look and repair if needed

Hi there 👋 I had an NBN fibre upgrade appointment, but the technician couldn’t complete the installation because I wanted the indoor NBN connection box/modem installed in my closet (where my current setup is). He said he couldn’t use the existing cable path as it runs inside the brick facade, and therefore couldn’t get a new fibre through to that point. He also didn’t install the outdoor unit for the same reason. He advised me to get a licensed electrician/data cabler to: Create a new cable path or conduit from outside (where NBN will mount the outdoor unit) to the closet where I want the modem. Ensure the cable route is ready for NBN to return and complete the fibre connection. Need to change HFC NBN port location. Currently it's in the living room and i'd like to change it to my bedroom. Theres an old ADSL port thats currently in the bedroom which might help with drilling.
