Repair/replace NBN wall port

Hi, I have a connection issue in my new apartment. The ISP said the line is active to the MDF, but there is a fault or a missing jumper between the MDF and my internal socket. Are you a licensed cabler who can do MDF jumpering?

We have an nbn box mounted over plywood, we need the box temporarily moved just to remove the backing, then reattached to the same location

I need an Ethernet port installed from my NBN box in my garage to my downstairs living room. There are existing Ethernet ports located upstairs. Double storey house.

We need someone to dig a ca 8m trench for an NBN conduit. It needs to be 30 cm deep and runs from the house to the boundary. Ideally we want to keep the grass to cover it again. NB: the photo shows the front of the house. The trench needs to be slightly to the right. It’s a clear strip from the house to the boundary.

When I plug the wall socket in my nbn machine starts clicking and blinking red, when I take it out it blinks blue. I believe its a line error on the property and need an nbn technician to take a look and repair if needed

Hi, Vodafone has confirmed that the property is connected to the NBN however, during previous renovations the internal cabling may have been missed to be patched back.We purchased the house after the renovation and are now unable to locate where the NBN/internet lead-in enters the propert. Potentially in the roof. We need someone experienced with NBN/internet cabling to trace the incoming connection, identify the en point, and complete any required to help reconnect internet services.

Hi there 👋 I had an NBN fibre upgrade appointment, but the technician couldn’t complete the installation because I wanted the indoor NBN connection box/modem installed in my closet (where my current setup is). He said he couldn’t use the existing cable path as it runs inside the brick facade, and therefore couldn’t get a new fibre through to that point. He also didn’t install the outdoor unit for the same reason. He advised me to get a licensed electrician/data cabler to: Create a new cable path or conduit from outside (where NBN will mount the outdoor unit) to the closet where I want the modem. Ensure the cable route is ready for NBN to return and complete the fibre connection. The property has an NBN (FTTC) connection but the point is the old style phone jack (cream coloured plug - photo attached), that requires an adapter for use. Ideally we would like to replace the adaptor to a newer style point. At the same time if it could be relocated in the lounge as it's currently in a bedroom which is inefficient.
