Existing is MR16 light with 70mm cut out with 12V cable. No transformer can be found throughout the 70mm cut out by pulling the 12V wire. Suspect transformer fixed to the roof beam. Flat roof which means remove the metal sheet roof to access the wire/transformer is highly likely. Would like to change to this kind of downlight (NLS 20405 | 20W downlight ) with 150mm cut out. Require 4 downlight installation, I will supply downlight (already purchased from SparkyDirect), all the remaining to be provided by you.

Certified eIectrician required! I’ve got 10 downlights including socket bases for installation. The job will require you to remove the old light bulb fittings and drill a hole for the new downlights, without damaging the wire and drilling in the beams.
