Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Macarthur Square, to replace three faulty ceiling downlights. The Issue: Three of the recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have gone out, creating dark spots in the store and affecting the overall presentation. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install new replacements for all three faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (approx. 3.5 meters). 2. Removing the three old downlight fittings. 3. Supplying and installing three new, suitable replacement LED downlights and/or drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature and brightness match the other existing lights. 5. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational. Light Specification (for sourcing a match): See attached spec sheet. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder or platform appropriate for a 3.5-meter ceiling height. - Experience with commercial lighting, particularly recessed LEDs, is essential. - The contractor must be able to supply the three replacement downlight fittings. Need 40 down lights installed - Single story house with roof access There is currently no downlights installed just ceiling mounted lights in the centre of each room. I already have all the materials so just labour only.

I am thinking I would like 4 downlights in my livingroom, my dining room, 2 in the kitchen, 4 in the hallway and possibly 1-2 in the bathroom. How much might this be? I have a fluorescent light in the bathroom and the kitchen that id like to be replaced with the downlights possibly

There are no Downlights currently. Would like to replace low hanging lights with Dow lights. Remove old ceiling fan Living room - currently 2 lights and a fan. Would need to install 6 new lights and remove the fan Kitchen - one oyster light and 3 other lights- would like to replace with 6 down lights Bedroom 1 and 2 - currently 1 ceiling fan and light. Would need to replace with 4 down lights Bedroom 3 - currently 1 light- would need to replace with 4 down lights
