The Issue: A recessed LED downlight in our main optometry room is persistently flickering. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flickering and perform the necessary repair to ensure stable, constant light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the cause of the flickering (e.g., faulty LED unit, failing driver, loose connection, or a dimmer issue). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement downlight and/or driver if the existing one is found to be faulty. 4. Testing the light thoroughly to confirm the flickering is resolved. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must be able to provide your license number. - You must have your own tools, including a suitable A-frame ladder for a standard commercial ceiling. - The contractor must be able to supply a standard replacement LED downlight and driver if required. The Issue: Three of the recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have gone out, creating dark spots in the store and affecting the overall presentation. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install new replacements for all three faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (approx. 3.5 meters). 2. Removing the three old downlight fittings. 3. Supplying and installing three new, suitable replacement LED downlights and/or drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature and brightness match the other existing lights. 5.
