Find local downlights installers in South East Melbourne

There are 28 downlights which are hard wired and need to change it to be independent with adapter. I will supply the downlights and adapter as I want to match it with other downlights at home . I need certificate for the job. Also please let me know when can it be done

Replace two internal switches with dimmer switches. dimmer switches available only need the installation. Will need to widen the hole in the door trim to fit the dimmer switch. small house so not a lot of wire will be required.
