Needing an electrician for Installing 3 ceiling fans instead of what's there

Have already purchased ceiling fans. Require the 2x old fans removed and replaced with 2x new ceiling fans.

Remove 2 lights in the lounge room and replace with x2 ceiling fans (supplied).

Recently moved into house and found existing fans with lights are missing remotes/remotes not working, some issues with switches. Three new fans have already been purchased, I need a licensed electrician to replace 3 of the existing ceiling fans with new ones, but based on bed in one room, new one may hang too low, so.if can't gwt existingone working, it would need replacingwith another existing one thay works. Therefore potentlally a total of 4 existing fans taken down, 3 new fans and 1 existing fan put up. wire is damaged fits into the light bulb, so basically needs to rewire.

*updated* Relocate 2 dc fans from alfesco to deck. Install new 3 dc fans in alfresco.All supplied. Tile roof. Restricted roof space over deck and alfresco, but can access from garage manhole. Existing lighting wires. Circuit board in garage. See photo May need timber for deck to roof to secure fans to.
