Install 3 52in Aqua DC fans, all ready assembled, and take down the old AC fans. Also the light in the IXL Mirage 3 In 1 Bathroom Heater is tripping the other lights in the house. I have ceiling fan Lucci FOR2013-2014-SAN 37 13 and there is a problem with Remote-Control communication so lights are once on and once off.

Looking for the install of a 1.7kw and 2kw split air conditioner in two bedrooms (pics attached) and the install of three ceiling fans (Bondi with lights) in lounge and two bedrooms. Would also like two light fittings replaced (kitchen and bathroom ceilings) and additional power point systems put in if possible (approx 4-6). Building is brick and I have bodycorp approval to install outside units on walls directly outside the bedrooms. I will supply the aircons, fans and lights. Looking at work to be done late December (between Christmas and New Year / early January 2021 if possible)

These are new fans that are NOT replacing existing fans. You can assume the fans will be constructed. There are 3 for bedrooms on the upper level of the house and one for the longe in the lower level of the house. The three fans for the bedrooms have integrate lights, the lounge fan does not. None have remotes. All are operated by wall switches.

My ceiling is 12 ft high and I dont own a ladder. Looking for someone to help me clean the fan blades with a towel and wet wipes (i supply) and replace the light bulb above my bed. (I'll supply) Anytime is fine but the earlier the better.
