Katie was very good with my dog Ollie. This was his first time and he seemed to enjoy the experience. He was very chilled getting his nails trimmed and didn't seem to mind the clipper after a while. Katie also gave him a lovely bath with I think it was organic shampoo and conditioner that smells like lavender 💜. Very happy with Katie , 5 🌟
