I need someone to design the upper-level layout so that it aligns correctly with the existing structural walls.What I need:1 x Conceptual 2D Second-Storey Floor Plan showing the new room layouts, windows, and dimensions.1 x Ground Floor Revision showing where the new staircase will sit and how it impacts the current layout. Format: Clean PDF Existing Plan: I have a clear floor plan of the ground floor ready to send you. Upstairs Requirements: 1 x 5m x 5m room for golf sim with 2.9m high ceiling, master suite with WIR and ensuite, balcony over looking back yard/alfresco and a small retreat area if space allows. Hi! My name is Chris, and I'm a medical student at the University of Melbourne. I'm a part of the Surgical Student's Society, and we're looking for a teacher to help run an anatomical sketching night! Specifically, we are looking at running a 1.5hr workshop, where students copy a sketch (the kind of thing you'd find in an old anatomy textbook, see attached) at a VERY beginner level (emphasis on beginner... no one really has drawing experience). It’s a fun, social way for us students to learn both drawing skills and anatomy knowledge. This would be probably 20-50 people (unsure). You don't have to provide anything, just show up (with maybe a brief call in the lead up to the night to plan) Our society can offer $200 as payment for this night. It may also be an opportunity to find more drawing students for the future, or for publicity! The date of this night is TBD, but likely Late-July-August.
