I am looking for an experienced residential draftsperson or architecture student to create a conceptual second-storey floor plan for my home in Perth.I already have the existing ground floor plan ready to provide to you. I need someone to design the upper-level layout so that it aligns correctly with the existing structural walls.What I need:1 x Conceptual 2D Second-Storey Floor Plan showing the new room layouts, windows, and dimensions.1 x Ground Floor Revision showing where the new staircase will sit and how it impacts the current layout. Format: Clean PDF Existing Plan: I have a clear floor plan of the ground floor ready to send you. Upstairs Requirements: 1 x 5m x 5m room for golf sim with 2.9m high ceiling, master suite with WIR and ensuite, balcony over looking back yard/alfresco and a small retreat area if space allows. Staircase: I have a rough idea of where the stairs should go on the ground floor, but I need your expertise to make sure it works.( remove bedroom 4 for stairs and extend into living room. (Also open to better solutions) Construction Focus: The design needs to be cost-effective. Upper-level walls should align with the ground floor's structural/load-bearing walls where possible. Note: This is for initial concept design and layout testing only.
