We would like the decking in 2 areas cleaned and then stained. The total area is approx 50m2. We will provide the stain and also the cleaning solution. You will need to provide the brushes etc to clean and stain.

Outdoor decking of small internal lightwell (approx 1m) has previously been laid with insufficient "spacing" to allow for proper drainage and expansion of wood. Existing wood has expanded, cupped and prevents proper drainage. Existing deck needs replacing.

Require removal of existing floor joists and existing deck and install new floor joists and Modwood. The Modwood will be supplied and contractor is to supply and install H4 new subframe ,screws and any fixings. The deck is sitting on a waterproof suspended slab ground floor apartment. COMPOSITE DECKING INSTALLED ON QWICKBUILD. There are DIY instructions from Outdure if you haven't used this decking before. Lift 4 -6 panels so I can remove dead small animal from under the boards. Then put the boards back on.

Sand and recoat pool decking and planter box

I have a small decks, of about 3m squared in both the front and back courtyards that have rotted after 15 years. The frames and decking need to be removed and rebuilt. I have the wood and tools. I need to replace the side panels of an outdoor deck staircase, looking for an experienced carpenter who can quote on how much time it will take and the cost to complete the job. There are 2 decks. One (poolside) is approx 35m2, the other (attached to house) is approx 9m2. The former definitely needs a sand. The latter could do without, but there might be some staining work to match up two different timbers - Due date: Flexible
