This tank is no longer in use, looking to cut the top off and remove. Cutting is the task, I can remove the concrete. Cut into manageable blocks.

Scope of Works: * Demolition & Disposal: Saw cut, break up, and remove the heavily cracked and broken concrete sections clearly visible in image.png, image_2.png, image_3.png, image_4.png, and image_5.png. All rubble and spoil must be taken off-site (please include tip fees in your quote). * Base Preparation: Re-level and heavily compact the sub-base/dirt layer to ensure a solid, stable foundation. * Reinforced Concrete: Supply, cut, and correctly chair steel reinforcing mesh (e.g., SL72) before pouring. The repair must be strictly constructed using reinforced concrete to prevent the subsidence and cracking seen in the existing slab. * Pour & Finish: Pour the new concrete to sit completely flush with the adjacent newer slab. Apply a broom/brush finish to match the existing texture and ensure slip resistance. Mandatory Requirements: * Certification: You must hold a valid NSW contractor license. A trade certificate of compliance for the structural concrete works must be provided upon completion. * Warranty: The successful Airtasker must provide a written workmanship and materials warranty guaranteeing against early failure, cracking, or sinking. * Tools & Materials: You must supply all required tools, concrete, steel mesh, formwork, and labor.
