M looking to cut concrete around a established house as per engineering design. We are going to screw piling around the slab so we need around 21 section of 600mm* 900mm cut according to plan. Mostly all of the sections are outside corners of house and only 3 of them is inside house. Hi, I need a skilled handyman to fix a set of three existing concrete stairs that are currently very uneven. The previous work done on them was poor, and now the step heights (risers) are all different, which is a trip hazard. I plan to tile over them as the final solution, but they need to be cut down and levelled first. The Problem (Current Measurements): · Top Step Riser: ~16 cm · Middle Step Riser: ~20 cm · Bottom Step Riser: ~22 cm · (The bottom landing is ~17 cm from the last step) · All step treads (depth): Are roughly equal at ~60 cm. The Job: To make them even and ready for tiling, I need the following material removed: 1. Cut approximately 3.5 cm from the height (riser) of the MIDDLE (second) step. 2. Cut approximately 2 cm from the height (riser) of the BOTTOM (third) step. 3. Cut approximately 1.5 cm from the front edge (tread) of the MIDDLE step to help with the overall adjustment. The top step and the final height differences can then be adjusted with tile adhesive and mortar during the tiling stage.
