Just bought a brilliant new modem that Telstra said would be amazing… Internet hasn’t worked throughout the entire house so far, so the solution was to buy wifi extenders so the internet reaches every room. Foxtel is not working.Error messages are "unable to connect" "playback error" "no programme info available" 'enter your PIN" (never had one) " looks like internet has dropped out" It seems to be an internet --wifi issue although the wifi is working fine for our laptop and phones. I have an IQ 5 and this problem has been ongoing off and --now off, for about 6 months or so. Our TV is old -10 years or so --may be an issue or may be a WIFI signal strength issue - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 8 July 2022
