1. Printer was working fine but then dropped off coming up with error which the online fixes could not fix. Uninstalled and then tried to reinstall but could not find wifi printer at all. Left for a couple of days and then tried again. Found printer and install but now says offline - stating printer is not turned on. However is it a home network printer on wifi and will print from another computer. 2. Also want help with power settings as every night switches off after time set but when trying to restart wants to re-shut down and then restart everytime. 3. Husbands computer cannot be scanned to from the printer I have problems with.
