Hi, I have my MacBook Pro ( M1, 8-core, 16GB, 1TB) that won’t power on. There is no external liquid or physical damage, and the enclosure is in good condition. I was doing the latest update, it was around 50% it shut down and never powered back up. There was nothing wrong with it perfectly running, spoke to Apple and they said it’s possible that the download file was corrupted. I know quoting will be hard without looking at it, so happy for it to be picked up or I can drop it off. Need someone that knows Apple very well, and that can give me a good and honest quote.

MacBook screen seems gone. Had purple vertical line on left side of screen, in the last couple of days horizontal lines at the bottom. Screen was repaired 1 year ago - not in a Mac store. I need help removing an active MDM (Mobile Device Management) profile from my MacBook Pro. The device is locked down by MDM, and I’m looking for someone experienced in dealing with this issue. The MacBook Pro is obtained LEGALLY and was just an old corporate workcomputer that they were happy to give away. For some reason this MDM is tougher as I've done it before in a iMac that the same company has given away - hence I need an expert. There are no files in it that I need saved so a complete reboot is fine - as long as you get rid of the startup rego and constant notification from the organisation.
