I’m unable to connect my router to internet

I have home nbn internet (speed confirmed 50mbps) and a hard wired access point for upstairs however, my wifi speed is horrendous and I cannot get most wifi appliances to work. Would like some support to diagnose issue or offer solutions to good home internet and wifi - Due date: Flexible

We have pentanet which is supposed to be 100+ MB. The router wifi is achieving speed of over 90MB but when access point is installed wifi drops. The router is achieving ethernet speeds of greater than 120 Mpbs but when it sends wifi the speed falls dramatically and the wifi over access point is extremely unstable. I would like to have someone check if it is a problem with our system or if it is pentanet. We have 3 teenager so need fast internet! - Due date: Flexible

We need assistance with improving our internet speed and coverage and to get a printer working again

I live in a big house and the router is upstairs. My office is downstairs in the other end of the house and the internet cannot reach. I currently have router + an extender, but it does not provide a stable connection all the time. I'd like help to set up a network that covers the whole house, and one of my friends suggested a Mesh network. I have a spare router (Netgear Nighthawk AC2300 Smart WiFi Router R7000P) which is not currently in use. Can you help get the house properly covered? Either with a mesh, or something else.

My internet isn’t working. The NBN is not showing a green light for online and the upstream light is flashing. The Optus modem is not showing a green light for the DSL and internet and WPS and phone and the wifi button is flashing. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting but can’t get it to work.

Since we got NBN at our house through iiNet ( and probably before then), we have had real problems with the Wi-Fi going on and off in some rooms in the house...
