My firm's emails are being blocked by 2 companies. I think I need to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in Google Workspace, but it looks too complicating for me.

Outlook exchange. My work email. I need it backed up. Have an external hard drive. Need all subfolders and as far back as possible. The IT guys at work did this for me and weren't able to get everything. Something to do with it partly being stored in the cloud. Need help with email issues related to Crazy Domains, Outlook and a Wordpress web site. Chunks of emails keep going missing in outlook including sent and receive. Also send and receive problems with outlook. Liaison required with the hosting companies, the web designers and in house staff.
