I have a Telstra smart modem and unable to connect to any device that requires 2.4ghz. Stuff like Kindle e readers, google nest and other IoT devices. The modem is dual band but only connects on 5 ghz. I have disabled band steering with no result, and that is about the limit of my ability. I need someone that can make these devices work and stay working.
