Must come fix at my house in Elwood** Accidentally deleted boot disk off computer or something along these lines. When I turn computer on icon comes up with a folder with blinking question mark on it. When I follow the prompts to download compatible version online (reinstall Mac OSX) the error occurs “this item is currently unavailable” I think booting from disk or USB should fix this problem as error only occurred when I manually deleted something when trying to reset my computer. I have a 2015 MacBook Pro, I've tried to erase it and set it up as a new Mac as it was my partners. But now I can't get it past internet recovery mode. I've tried wifi, hotspot and Ethernet but it's coming up with a -2002F error message. On turning on I just get a flashing folder with a question mark on a black screen, or I get a spinning globe with wifi networks if I press command+R

Hi Keyvan. I purchased an iMac in December and transferred data across from a MacBook Pro. I seem to have copied over 2 identities as the 250 gb hard drive is basically full. The MacBook Pro suffers the same issue. So I need help freeing up space please. Could I get a quote please. Cheers Lisa

I currently have an iMac 2011 27” which has suffered some slight physical damage - internet recovery mode and recovery mode both boot up correctly, however doesn’t have the ability to restore from disk drive as it’s running on iOS Lion and I can’t configure the start up boot disk USB. My mac laptop is old and has run out of space. It runs fine but seems to have a virus that google takes me to the UK instead of Melbourne overtime I search, so needs to be serviced as well.
