This site is around 24 hours a week - split across 7 days (approx 3 hours a day) The site is after hours (anytime from 730pm) and involves cleaning of: - Bathrooms - Common tiled areas - Change Rooms - Glass (spot cleaning) - General dusting - Changing bins - Reception area Will need your own liability insurance, chemicals and equipment. The Issue: Following a recent signage installation, several black scuffs and handprint smudges have been left on our white storefront framing (specifically around the top of the vertical "EYETESTS" sign). Additionally, our high external glass windows have accumulated dust and bird droppings. The Job: The task is to professionally clean the shopfront. The scope of work includes: 1. Frame/Facade Cleaning: Carefully removing all black smudges and marks from the white aluminum framing (as shown in the photos) without damaging or scratching the powder-coated finish. 2.
