We need our office in Kangaroo Point completely emptied. Some items will be going into storage and the rest needs to be taken to the dump or recycled. Looking for a team with a suitable truck who can handle the whole job. Please quote your best all-inclusive price. Approximate contents include: * 6 desks, a meeting table and a small printer table. * 13 office and visitor chairs. * A three-seater sofa. * Around 9 cabinets, sideboards and drawer units. * A large fridge, water cooler and small kitchen appliances. * Computers, monitors, TV, printers and other office equipment. * Plants and pots, artwork, mirrors, whiteboards and lamps. * Storage tubs, files, stationery and other loose items. Photos show the contents. Some furniture may need dismantling, and loose items will need packing. The job needs to include: * Packing and protecting the items going into storage. * Any necessary furniture dismantling. * All lifting, loading, transport and unloading into storage. * Removal and disposal of the unwanted items. * Leaving the office clear of all agreed contents and removal rubbish. Please include labour, truck, travel, tip fees and any applicable GST in your price. Bring the tools, trolleys and protective equipment needed. The storage address, exact keep/dispose list and timing will be confirmed before booking. Fixed cabinetry and fit-out removal would need to be agreed separately. I have rubbish I need to have removed from my office, and disposed of. We are moving offices and have done a big clean out so this stuff has to go. We don't have an elevator/lift so someone will need to walk up and down one flight of stairs to get it to your vehicle (We are on Level 1 of the building). You'll also need to bring boxes or bags to put everything in.
