We are seeking a reliable and thorough cleaning professional or team to prepare a commercial property for lease handover. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high standard of cleanliness across all areas, including offices, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and common spaces. Tasks include removing rubbish, cleaning floors and carpets, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the premises are spotless for final inspection. Previous experience with commercial or end-of-lease cleaning is highly desirable. Contractors must bring their own cleaning equipment and supplies and be available to complete the work within the agreed timeframe.
