I’m looking for someone practical and organised to help me properly clear out and reorganise my garage in Port Melbourne. The garage has accumulated boxes, cardboard, household items, clothing, storage items and general clutter over time. Photos show its current condition. I need someone to work alongside me to: * Sort through the contents with me into keep, donate and dispose * Move and consolidate the things I’m keeping * Break down and remove the large amount of cardboard * Load unwanted items for donation, recycling or disposal * Take away the items I decide I no longer want * Clear loose rubbish and leaves from the floor * Give the garage a basic sweep/clean once the clutter has been removed * Leave the remaining items reasonably organised and accessible There are some larger items, bikes and furniture/storage pieces in the garage, so I will make the decisions about what stays and what goes as we work through it. I have a queen sized loft bed set up in my daughter's room that I need to disassemble and take downstairs to storage as she is getting a new bed. It is heavy/ solid wood as per attached image and will require 2 strong people, with electric drills, to disassemble. It can be disassembled into several large parts as per attached image. Mattress does not need to be moved. When my husband and I previously disassembled this, it took approximately 30 mins. Location: West Melbourne VIC Australia (apartment) Level 4- parking and lifts available to get to the apartment. You can park in the basement at the complex near lifts, and it’s about 50m from the lifts on level 4 to the apartment. Removals size: A few items but heavy as in picture (solid wood). It is currently assembled so needs to be taken down. Stairs: No Please no time wasters. Due date: Needs to be done before Saturday 14th
