I have an end of lease clear out that I need to dispose of office furniture. I don't want to throw it all out but maybe someone else can take the items and resell or donate, items are all in working order, they are available due to a business closure and lease tenancy ceasing. Not the whiteboards in the pictures or IT equipment in the cornet but everything else is available. The workstation, also includes 5 filing cabinets.

I’m looking for someone practical and organised to help me properly clear out and reorganise my garage in Port Melbourne. The garage has accumulated boxes, cardboard, household items, clothing, storage items and general clutter over time. Photos show its current condition. I need someone to work alongside me to: * Sort through the contents with me into keep, donate and dispose * Move and consolidate the things I’m keeping * Break down and remove the large amount of cardboard * Load unwanted items for donation, recycling or disposal * Take away the items I decide I no longer want * Clear loose rubbish and leaves from the floor * Give the garage a basic sweep/clean once the clutter has been removed * Leave the remaining items reasonably organised and accessible There are some larger items, bikes and furniture/storage pieces in the garage, so I will make the decisions about what stays and what goes as we work through it.
