This is a furnished rental property which we are turning into unfurnished rental. Most large furniture (eg beds, sofas, tables) already disposed of. Need general clutter removed and disposed of. Includes some kitchen/bathroom small goods, sheets, towels, kids toys to be disposed of. Also includes some items eg microwave, BBQ, external table/chairs, baby cot which are in working condition and the contractor is free to sell if he/she wishes. - Due date: Before Sunday, 16 April 2023

I have a 3 bedroom unit in Chadstone. I am looking to put it on the market soon and need all rubbish and clutter removed and moved to the nature strip for hard rubbish collection. I have some heavy items that may require 2 people. You are welcome to take any items that may interest you i.e. big bbq, queen size bed etc. Needs to be done 9.30am this Friday morning.

Remove house hold items, beds/couches, cub boards/general in a 3 bedroom unit and take to the tip/dispose of

removal of 2 fans, 1 outdoor chair, assortment of cooking pots, 1 suitcase, 1 clean mouse cage, 1 small box of some sort of metal parts ? 1 telescope, 1 small DJ turntable. 2 small folding fishing rods, 1 medium box of records, 1 front part of a Recumbent Exercise Bike (heavy) 1 bag of motorbike gear, 1 DeLonghi oil heater (fairly heavy), 4-5 boxes of paper/plastic (no food), 1 king single electric blow up airbed, 8 garbage bags of bedding and plastic, 1 small foldable trolley electric BBQ, some flat boxes, 1 3 draw metal filing cabinet

We are moving out and need unwanted bric-a-brac that can be sold by charities removed and rubbish from work shop taken away which can be taken to the tip and recycled

We have a carapace full of small to medium size household items 60% good enough for donation (books, PlayStation, lamps, kids clothes etc), rest rubbish Including (complete) glass from old shower screen and Misc diy project leftovers. 1 heavy and long tv furniture, 1 double and 1 single mattress and 1 double bed frame also needing removal. Can supply photos, need it removed This Saturday ideally and definitely before Sunday mid day! P.s when looking at garage photo there will be a few more boxes of kitchen items/plates etc by Saturday plus the double bed is not in the picture! Thanks
