Seeking a comprehensive deep cleaning service for a commercial office space with a total area of approximately 300 square meters. The cleaning should cover all areas thoroughly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation throughout the premises. The scope of work includes: Full Deep Cleaning of the Entire Office Area This includes all workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, hallways, and shared spaces. Toilets (4 Units) All four toilets are to becleaned and sanitized, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, walls, and doors. Disinfection of fixture and fittings etc. Kitchen Area The kitchen should be cleaned in detail, including countertops, sinks, cupboards outside, appliances and flooring. All surfaces should be sanitized. Ceiling Cleaning Removal of dust, dirt, and any buildup from ceiling surfaces, vents, and light fixtures. Cobweb Removal Complete removal of cobwebs from all corners, ceilings, and hard-to-reach areas across the entire office space. Window Cleaning (Interior and Exterior) All windows are to be cleaned both inside and outside, leaving them streak-free and clear. This includes window sills and frames. Please include all necessary equipment and supplies in your proposal.
